When going for maximum distance, only thought: hit ball with right hip. Get lower body as open and cleared as possible at impact.

Helps With

Open hips create separation, allowing torso and arms to whip through like slingshot. Fixes lack of hip rotation, arms-only swing, getting 'stuck'.

When to Try It

Swing feels all arms; losing distance; struggle to clear left side.
