Instead of feeling shoulders turn level, feel LEAD SHOULDER moving DOWN toward ball in backswing, TRAIL SHOULDER moving down in downswing. Tilted 'rocking' motion, not flat 'spinning.'
Shoulder tilt maintains spine angle and creates proper attack angle; better players tilt more than high handicappers. Fixes fat shots, inconsistent low point, loss of spine angle.
Fat and thin shots alternately; feel like lifting or spinning out.
