Trace a figure eight with the clubhead. Take the club back UP and OUTSIDE, then loop it UNDER and INSIDE on the downswing. Think 'up, around, and under.'
Reverses the typical slicer's loop pattern; going outside on backswing creates space to shallow on downswing. Fixes over-the-top move, inside takeaway forcing steep downswing.
Taking club too far inside on backswing; stuck at top and forced over-the-top.
